Welcome to Swarmic Substrate LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our high-throughput cloud orchestration platform, multi-agent synchronization frameworks, and custom LLM cluster deployment services.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 5. Intellectual Property Indemnification

Swarmic Substrate LLC provides full intellectual property indemnity for its proprietary orchestration logic and system core routines. We warrant that the infrastructure layouts and multi-agent deployment modules provisioned through our platform do not infringe upon the valid copyrights, trademarks, or patent assets of any third-party entity across US and international jurisdictions.

6. Operational Resilience & Service Continuity

The platform executes automated multi-cloud geofencing and dynamic failover architectures designed to support strict operational continuity parameters. While high-tier business deployments incorporate disaster recovery routing profiles, user acknowledge that cluster allocations rely on distributed cloud substrates, and temporary maintenance cycles shall be handled under standard enterprise infrastructure constraints.
