Swarmic Substrate LLC, registered at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713 (EIN: 37–2243090), operates as the Data Controller for this platform. We process foundational corporate identifiers under strict compliance with the UK GDPR (United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation), the Data Protection Act 2018, and US FTC Section 5 frameworks.

1. Scope of Processing & Legal Basis

We minimize data collection strictly to foundational business network identifiers. We process corporate e-mail domains, corporate entity titles, and tax identifiers under the UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for contract execution, and transient operational telemetry stream datasets under the UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) for infrastructure optimization, stability monitoring, and system deflections.

2. Transient Retention & Zero-Data Policy

In alignment with our Sovereign Shield core architecture, operational data payloads are processed purely in-memory via stateless container nodes. Commercial domain metadata is retained only for the active lifespan of the routing account. Temporary network telemetry logs are systematically purged and permanently deleted within forty-eight (48) hours of pipeline completion.

3. Data Subject Rights (UK GDPR & DPA 2018)

In strict accordance with United Kingdom data protection laws, all UK data subjects maintain absolute statutory rights within this network. This includes the explicit Right to Access, Right to Rectification, Right to Erasure / "To Be Forgotten", Right to Restriction of Processing, and Right to Object. To invoke data deletion, or if you wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding data handling with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), contact our data protection desk directly at [email protected].

4. International Transfers

Physical compute infrastructure layers execute within AWS Europe regions (Frankfurt, Germany). Cross-border routing configuration syncs with Swarmic Substrate LLC in Delaware, US, are strictly governed under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) / Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) embedded within manual Data Processing Agreements (DPA).

5. Cookie Policy & Server-Side Telemetry

Our platform architecture operates strictly without utilizing third-party tracking cookies, marketing pixels, or commercial behavioral analytics networks. We exclusively deploy essential, first-party technical cookies and stateless server-side telemetry channels. These temporary identifiers are structurally necessary under the UK GDPR and PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) to maintain secure user sessions and monitor cloud infrastructure stability. Because no behavioral tracking or user profiling is executed, explicit opt-in consent banners are legally omitted in strict alignment with United Kingdom data minimization standards.
