All individual commercial transactions executed on this platform—including recurring monthly subscription tiers (£49.00 , £89.00 , £159.00 , and custom enterprise tiers) and manual, on-demand prepaid capacity refills (£49.00 , £129.00 , £249.00 )—trigger immediate, automated programmatic allocation of serverless compute thresholds and vector sync loops within our centralized backend layers. Monthly base capacity credits refresh dynamically at the start of each monthly billing cycle and maintain a strict zero-rollover parameter, meaning any unconsumed base units expire automatically at the cycle end. Because processing capacity and upstream resources are reserved instantly upon checkout, all commercial payments are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
Prepaid capacity top-ups (Starter, Growth, and Advanced Refill packs) act as direct fuel allocations for your business pipelines. Since these credits stay pooled permanently in your workspace metadata balance and never expire, they cannot be exchanged, reversed, or converted back into legal tender under any circumstances once the database credit write is executed.
This software platform operates exclusively under a strictly commercial Business-to-Business (B2B) framework. By purchasing active credit thresholds or sub-node deployment plans, the Customer explicitly confirms corporate, professional, or trade entity status. Consequently, statutory consumer cancellation and cooling-off rights under the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply to any transactions executed within this network and are fully excluded.
Customers maintain the absolute right to terminate recurring subscription agreements at any time without penalty. Subscription terminations must be managed proactively by the Customer via the secure billing console generated at checkout. Upon successful cancellation, all future automated recurring charges will be halted instantly. Active compute credits remaining in the workspace balance will remain entirely available for document execution until depleted.
All infrastructure licensing, automated ledger updates, and business-to-business tax computations are processed safely through our authorized Merchant of Record global payment gateways and secure corporate bank networks to maintain total data isolation.
